Duties

- Apply caulking techniques to seal joints, gaps, and seams for weatherproofing and insulation purposes.
- Support the installation of building components, fixtures, and finishes according to specifications.
- Perform general handyman duties such as repairs, maintenance, and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, or construction work is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction plans is essential for accurate execution of tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday.
- Prior handyman experience or familiarity with caulking techniques is a plus.
