Account Representative

Location: Stoney Creek, ON

Taylor Steel Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will manage an assigned account base, build strong customer relationships, process orders, and work closely with internal departments to ensure our customers receive excellent service and on-time delivery.

What You'll Do

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring pricing, product details, delivery requirements, and terms align with approved quotes.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers while providing a high level of customer service.

- Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling, and Shipping to coordinate customer orders and ensure specifications and delivery requirements are met.

- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory and help ensure inventory levels meet company objectives.

- Review inventory levels to anticipate future requirements and prepare reports and purchasing recommendations.

- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, customer needs, and internal processes.

- Provide reporting and information to customers, account partners, and management as required.

- Support and provide coverage for other members of the Sales Team when needed.

- Take on other related responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

- Post-secondary education in Business or relative experience.

- Previous B2B sales experience is an asset.

- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- CRM experience is an asset.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
