Wilson & Company is currently seeking an accounting clerk for full-time work. We require individuals who can handle a high-volume of work and who are technically inclined.

Experience in PCLaw would be a definite asset.

Standard Responsibilities





- Preparing and posting invoices - Receipt of client payments - Preparing & posting of trust receipts and trust disbursements - Bank reconciliations of general and trust accounts - Process electronic deposits - Assist with Accounts Payable and expense processing - Support with internal audits and external accountant requests.
- Other accounting tasks as required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary accounting courses - 2 to 3 years of experience in an accounting setting- preference will be given to individuals with experience in a legal setting and experience in PCLaw - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, well organized & methodical - Ability to manage high volume of work - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment - Strong communication skills - Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Sound knowledge of accounting procedures We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
