As part of Kadant Canada Corp., you will engage in processing new credit applications, verifying shipments, billing control, and accounts receivable reconciliations. You’ll support the year-end audit process while preparing specialized reports for management.

Your role will also include credit collections and maintaining communication about account statuses. Key Responsibilities:

- Process new credit applications for client accounts
- Verify shipments and issue accurate invoices
- Control progress billing and manage invoicing reports
- Post payments to customer accounts promptly
- Conduct accounts receivable reconciliations Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
