Oak Valley Health is seeking a Dietitian to lead nutritional assessment, care plan implementation, and evaluation for adults in acute and subacute care at Markham site and RCC site. You will work with an interprofessional team to coordinate nutrition care and support transitions from hospital to home.
The role requires current Dietitian registration with Ontario College, 2+ years in acute care, and proficiency with EMR CBORD. Travel between sites and ongoing career development are expected.
