We are looking for an Adobe Fusion Technical Lead for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 2 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto

Senior Technical Lead The project is focused on enhancing and optimizing the client’s marketing technology ecosystem through the use of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Fusion. The initiative will involve automating manual business processes, improving workflow efficiency, strengthening integrations, and enabling better collaboration between marketing, business, and technical teams.

The Senior Technical Lead will play a key role in designing and delivering technical solutions from initial requirements through implementation. This includes understanding business needs, translating them into scalable technical solutions, designing workflows and integrations, developing and configuring solutions within Adobe Workfront and Fusion, and supporting testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop solutions using Adobe Workfront and Adobe Fusion to automate workflows and business processes.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Workfront, Fusion, and other enterprise and MarTech platforms.
- Configure and customize Workfront workflows, forms, processes, and related functionality based on business requirements.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and support Fusion workflows, integrations, and automation.




- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, product teams, and other technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance while remaining hands-on with solution development and implementation.

Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Fusion development and workflow automation.
- Solid experience with Adobe Workfront, including configuration and workflow management.
- Experience designing and implementing workflows, integrations, and automated business processes.
- Previous Technical Lead experience with hands-on development and solution design.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and quickly understand and deliver against business requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a MarTech, enterprise technology, or digital transformation environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience designing or supporting Adobe–Salesforce integrations.
- Broader experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
