We're growing at Dixon Davis, and I'm looking for independent financial planners to join us.

Since 1988, Dixon Davis has offered fee-only, advice-only retirement planning to Canadians. We sell no products and manage no assets. Our clients pay for objective advice, and that's all we provide. Most of the people we work with are 55 to 70 and want a clear plan for retirement.

This is a contract role for planners who want to focus on the planning itself. You set your own schedule, manage your own clients, and put your name on your work. We provide the brand, client referrals, planning software, email and booking tools, and established pricing. You earn a revenue share on every engagement you deliver.

What You Get

Who You Are

- A CFP or QAFP professional with strong retirement, tax and decumulation experience
- Someone who believes advice should be free of product and AUM conflicts
- A clear, warm communicator who can make complex decisions feel manageable
- An independent professional who wants to focus on planning, not running a business

The Arrangement

This is an independent contract role with a revenue share on every engagement. Planners with an existing practice are welcome.
