Role Overview

Find the people US real-estate investors already trust — coaches, podcasters, YouTubers, wholesaling communities, REIA groups, CRM/dialer/skip-tracing tools — and turn them into paid partners who send us investors.

Why this job exists iSpeedToLead is a US marketplace for motivated-seller leads. 40K+ real-estate investors buy leads the way you buy on Amazon: see the lead, buy the lead, call the seller. 750+ verified leads a day; our members have earned $100M+ on them.

Partner referrals are our best acquisition channel by a wide margin — referred investors buy sooner, spend more and stay longer than customers from ads. Today no one owns that channel full time. You will. You inherit a live affiliate program (commission tiers, tracking links and payouts already built) and a leadership team that reviews the partner scoreboard every week.

What You'll Do

- Hunt: build the target list — every coach, community, tool and content creator with an audience of US wholesalers, flippers and landlords. 200 named targets in your first 30 days.

- Close: cold email, DMs, calls, Zoom. Negotiate rev-share and bonuses. Sign partners.

- Make partners successful: onboard them in a day, give them promo codes, creatives,



webinar slots and offers — whatever makes their audience buy.

- Score: partner-sourced signups → first purchases → 90-day revenue, per partner, weekly. Double down on what works, cut what doesn't.

- Show up: 3–4 US investor events a year (booth, stage, dinners with top partners).

How you'll be measured

- Day 30: 200 targets mapped, 50 contacted, 10 in live conversation

- Day 60: 10 partners live and sending traffic

- Day 90: 25 live partners and a measurable lift in partner-sourced paying customers

You're a fit if

- You've built an affiliate / partner / creator program and can name the revenue it produced

- You know the US real-estate investing scene (wholesaling, fix-and-flip, BiggerPockets, REIAs, the podcast circuit) — or you'll be fluent in it inside two weeks

- You sell. You pick up the phone. You don't wait for a brief.

- You can model a deal in a spreadsheet: CPA, rev-share, payback, LTV

Native-level English and full US working hours

You're not a fit if

You've only managed offers inside Impact/CJ/Rakuten, outreach makes you uncomfortable, or you need a marketing team to make your assets for you.
