My client is a growing Fintech Operations specialist.

The Role

Our client delivery seat: own each ML/AI engagement end to end, from scoping through build, deployment and handoff, as the single technical and strategic contact for fintechs from startups to mature firms.

Responsibilities

- Scope, build and deliver client engagements
- Lead small project teams
- Design and deploy ML solutions across wide-ranging domains
- Evaluate emerging tools and apply the right ones

Requirements

- 6+ years of hands-on ML, shipping models to production
- Depth in predictive ML, computer vision or LLM/agentic systems
- Cloud AI platforms (Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry) and Docker
- Python or TypeScript, SQL, Git; LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar
- Experiment tracking (MLflow, W&B;)
- Clear communicator with executives and skeptical engineers
- Bonus: owned a client-facing engagement end to end
