Your mission at Flowstar is to complete the technical aspects of the sales process including equipment selection, costing, estimating and proposal creation.

About the Role:

- Receive inquiries, qualify opportunities, and respond to technical elements of RFQs/RFPs/RFI.
- Work closely with the sales team on engineered solutions at the budgetary phase and on tenders to define our scope of supply.
- Review specifications, including drawing packages. Perform project take-offs as required.
- Size and select process equipment.
- Complete cost estimates, make recommendations on technology and application.
- Support the project management/timelines of won opportunities (post sale).
- Maintain accurate and updated records on the complete project pipeline.
- Attend and participate in sales and project meetings to provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
- Develop and maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Identify customers’ needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
- Work with vendor partners to continually develop technical expertise in the applications of products.
- Occasional travel within North America for training and development.
- All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in technical discipline.
- Experience in process equipment, project estimating, consulting engineering, municipal infrastructure, etc.
- An EIT/P.Eng/CET/PTech is an asset but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
