Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite at the Publicis Sapient office. Occasional local client visits may be required.

We are seeking a Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer to monitor and maintain application health, configure observability and alerting solutions, triage production incidents, troubleshoot performance and latency issues, and support Kubernetes-based environments.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in application support, distributed systems, monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD processes, incident management, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills:





- Strong experience with GCP – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar tools
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
- Experience with production deployments
- Strong production troubleshooting experience
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices
- Experience with distributed tracing
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications
- Strong incident management and root-cause analysis experience
