Job Summary

Embark on an exciting journey as an Apprentice Carpenter, where you will develop foundational skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to diverse building projects. Under the guidance of experienced carpenters, you will learn to interpret blueprints, handle hand and power tools, and assist in constructing, installing, and repairing structures. Duties

- Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
- Participate in concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks to develop expertise in foundational building techniques.
- Support drywall installation, siding work, and framing activities to contribute to residential and commercial projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely under supervision.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for material handling and site preparation.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
- Collaborate with team members on tasks such as woodworking, concrete finishing,



and siding installation to ensure quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of construction concepts with a strong desire to learn carpentry skills.
- Ability to read simple blueprints or schematics is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Experience with hand tools or power tools is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus but not necessary.
- Commitment to developing carpentry expertise through hands-on practice and mentorship.
