Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Paver Operator to join our crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating asphalt pavers and related equipment to lay and finish asphalt surfaces on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Weiler P265 or Cat AP255E Asphalt paver(s) and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must partner with other crew members and perform additional tasks of other positions as instructed to ensure daily schedules are met
- Must maintain a courteous and professional manner with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and the public at all times
- Monitor material flow and surface quality during paving operations.
- Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Work closely with crew members to ensure consistent quality and production.




- Must work productively, quickly and safely to meet production goals as outlined
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- May operate trucks to transport equipment to and from production sites as required

Skills and Attributes

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paver Operator (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of asphalt paving processes and equipment.
- Ability to work overtime and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license (Class 3 or higher considered an asset).
