Would you like to join a passionate team and make a real difference? We are currently looking for an Assistant Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Producer Broker to support clients and provide expert advice on their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

- In collaboration with the Producer Broker, process, analyze, and follow up on client requests;
- Analyze risks and recommend the best coverage, quality, and pricing options based on client needs;
- Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure the most favorable terms and conditions from insurers;
- Monitor policy renewals and ensure deadlines are met;
- Support clients through claims processes and provide diligent follow-up;
- Play a key role in preparing client documentation and insurance proposals;
- Oversee policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations in accordance with company procedures;
- And because collaboration is at the heart of everything we do: support teammates and contribute to the success of the team through various related responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate





- Holds a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance License issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance;
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills;
- Is self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently;
- Thrives in a team environment and actively promotes collaboration;
- Maintains the highest standards of skilled ethics and integrity.
