Assistant Manager – Family Pizza

Family Pizza Minnedosa is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team!

In this role, you’ll help with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, support and supervise team members, provide great customer service and help keep everything running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable taking the lead and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Duties

- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Support, supervise and help train team members
- Help manage shifts and ensure tasks are completed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with food preparation and orders when needed
- Ensure Family Pizza recipes, portions and quality standards are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace
- Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory, stocking and product organization




- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
- Help keep service running efficiently during busy periods
- Open or close the restaurant as required

What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant, food service or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized and responsible
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling
- Willingness to learn all areas of the restaurant
