Trespass is a global outdoor lifestyle brand with over 40 years of heritage, making the outdoors accessible through quality clothing, footwear and equipment. We're expanding into Canada, and Peterborough is one of our newest locations, opening early November 2026.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help open and run our brand-new Peterborough store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive sales, lead the team and set brand standards from day one, launching Trespass in a new community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability and KPIs
- Lead the shop floor day to day, coaching and motivating the team
- Deliver a consistent, engaging customer experience
- Help recruit, train and develop team members
- Maintain visual merchandising, brand standards and store presentation
- Oversee stock counts, replenishment and loss prevention
- Act as manager on duty and run the store in the Store Manager's absence
What We're Looking For
- Retail supervisory or management experience, ideally in apparel, footwear or outdoor retail
- Comfort with sales data and KPIs
- A customer-first mindset and strong team leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
