Assistant Manager, Retail Operations

As an Assistant Manager, Retail Operations you will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen administrative oversight, and improve consistency across our retail branch locations.

Position Type: Vacant Position

Salary Range: $55,000 - $110,000

In summary, the Assistant Manager, Retail Operations will:

- provide oversight and leadership to our non-sales retail employees
- foster a high performance, accountable and service focused team environment
- manage all performance, annual reviews, disciplinary action and coaching
- support comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for team members
- identify knowledge and skill gaps with appropriate training solutions
- ensure compliance with all operational, audit and regulatory requirements
- oversee all branch administrative functions, including scheduling and facilities
- act as an escalation point for member concerns/service issues
- demonstrate and reinforce expectations of our culture and WFCU values
- complete any other duties as assigned

The "must-have" skills and qualifications that we're looking for are:
- post-secondary education in finance or business or related field
- a minimum of 3 -5 years experience in progressive leadership roles
- strong knowledge of retail banking products, services and procedures
- proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence in retail banking
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
