Assistant Manager – Domino’s

Position: Assistant Manager

Department: Store Operations

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Summary The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operation of the Domino’s store. This position is responsible for helping lead the team, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and supporting sales and profitability goals. The Assistant Manager also helps create a positive, quick-paced, and team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and according to Domino’s standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.
- Support cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and daily store administration.
- Help manage employee schedules, attendance, and shift assignments.
- Monitor delivery and carryout operations to ensure timely service.
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements.
- Assist with achieving sales, labor, and operational targets.
- Lead shifts effectively and step in to perform various store duties when needed.




- Maintain a positive and respectful workplace for all team members.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.
- Food safety certification is an asset, where required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry food supplies and other items as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work area.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
