Job Summary

The Associate Golf Professional supports the day-to-day golf operations at Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club, with responsibilities spanning tournament and league coordination, Pro Shop operations, retail sales, employee development, pace-of-play management, and member service. The role is expected to provide leadership, maintain high operational and service standards, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across the golf operation.



The position requires a PGA of Canada membership, a minimum of two years of golf industry experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to professionalism and excellence.

Responsibilities

- Assist Pro Shop employees with tournament and league organization, employee development & training, retail sales, product & custom orders.
- Supervise and manage daily Pace of Play targets and expectations using Tagmarshal
- Inspire progress, innovation and growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests exceeding the minimum standard at all times
- Maintain consistency, accountability and standards for all employees
- Assist the Pro Shop in various golf operation duties
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork and achieving excellence is necessary to fit and succeed
- Career oriented and dedicated to the golf profession
- Efficient and effective with your time while being very self-motivated and proven ability to lead others

Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Member
- Minimum 2 years experience golf industry
- Experience with Jonas, Tagmarshal and Golf Genius considered an asset
- Knowledge of the game of golf and/or private club operations considered an asset
- Teaching and club fitting experience is beneficial

$4,500/monthly
