Duties

- Assist experienced technicians with vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and assembly work
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to interpret vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Conduct routine inspections, identify mechanical issues, and support troubleshooting efforts
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and parts installation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times




- Support dealership service operations by completing basic repairs under supervision

Requirements

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong attention to detail when following schematics, manuals, or assembly instructions
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions precisely, and work well within a team environment
- Prior mechanic experience or training is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for automotive technology is essential
