Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles and heavy equipment using schematics, electrical testing tools, and mechanical knowledge.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on automobiles, excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized machinery to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial equipment safely and effectively during maintenance tasks.
- Interpret technical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems, hydraulics, engines, and mechanical components.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and service reports to ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work completed.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or in heavy equipment repair; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including electrical, hydraulic, engine diagnostics, and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and operate heavy machinery safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
