POSITION OVERVIEW : Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS, C#/.NET, and Python to lead the development team, drive technical delivery, and build scalable cloud-native applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable coding, solutioning, mentoring developers, and leading technical execution

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
- Develop and support APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Manage technical delivery,



resolve complex issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Promote automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.
- Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
- 8+ years of Solid hands-on experience with:

o AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)o C#/.NETo Pythono Git, CI/CD, Agile deliveryPreferred Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AWS Certification.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.

#INDH Pay: $60.00 per hour
