We are seeking an experienced

AWS Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead backend engineering initiatives and ensure high-quality AWS solution delivery. The role involves technical leadership, API and microservices development, code quality, monitoring, performance optimization, and cloud-based application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead backend engineering teams and oversee AWS solution implementation.

Ensure code quality, engineering standards, scalability, and maintainability.

Design and develop APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, Python, or TypeScript.

Develop and manage serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

Implement messaging solutions using Amazon SQS.

Establish monitoring, logging, and performance optimization practices.





Manage CI/CD pipelines and support automated application deployments.

Implement caching strategies and optimize database performance.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience.

Robust hands‑on experience with

AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS .

Strong programming experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or TypeScript.

Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud deployment.

Experience with caching technologies and relational/non‑relational databases.

Knowledge of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
