Debt Guardian Services Inc. is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help grow our client base through cold calling, prospecting and lead generation.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to Canadian businesses
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Introduce DGS's debt collection and accounts receivable services
- Connect with business owners, finance managers and other decision-makers
- Follow up with prospective clients by phone and email
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects
- Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
- Build and maintain solid client relationships

Requirements




- Cold calling, telemarketing or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in collections, financial services or B2B services is an asset

Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Commission structure and payment terms will be discussed with selected candidates.
