About The Role

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Full-time Baker and to join our NEW FRONT ST W ORETTA location. You will report to our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. Following recipes with skill and consistency, we are looking for Bakers with Proofing experience well as Pastry production experience for our Italian Pizza, sandwiches, breads, Desserts and pastries that are made from scratch.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a prep kitchen or Bakery, has an availability of more than 35 hours a week and is reliable with a strong work ethic. Following recipes with skill, speed, and consistency is imperative. A love for Italian baking is an asset.

We cannot accommodate anyone on a 20-24 hour limit- you must be available a minimum of 30 hours.





You MUST be able to reliably commute to arrive for as early as 5am shifts.
