We are hiring for a Full-Time Bakery Manager position with a wage range of $45,000 - $60,000 at our location in Hanna, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Lead Bakery Team to - Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal bread - Hand-Mould bread, baguettes, boule, etc.
- Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products - Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer) - Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts - Schedule Bakery Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met - Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed - Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team - Train, develop, and motivate Bakery Team Members - Resolve customer and Bakery Department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience - Maintain a clean and sanitized work area - Champion the Freson Bros. brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity,



and Growth - Providing an exceptional customer experience What you Bring:
- 2 years minimum progressive bakery or restaurant management experience - A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a bakery or restaurant environment - Proven ability to lead a team in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment - Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs - Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills - A passion for leading and developing others - Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills - Comfortable working during peak bakery hours (i.e.early mornings, daytime, weekends, and holidays) - Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development. #FBSM
