Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring smooth cashiering processes.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area,



including coffee machines, counters, and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing serving duties and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
