Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering style recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments




- Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to uphold health standards and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a grooming environment
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, retail sales, and front desk duties
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Previous experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
