Barista – Busy Café Environment

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming barista to join our team at a busy café. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with customers, works well under pressure, and can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso drinks and coffee beverages efficiently and consistently
- Create high-quality latte art on all milk-based drinks
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Provide warm, friendly service to all customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a busy café
- Ability to multitask between barista duties and cashier responsibilities




- Consistently good latte art is essential
- Comfortable handling a rush while maintaining quality and speed
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

Compensation

- Starting wage: $18.25/hour
- $20/hour for candidates who demonstrate the ability to handle drink volume efficiently during busy periods
