Aura Night Club is a brand-new Latin and Top 40 nightclub located in the heart of Downtown Kitchener. We pride ourselves on friendly service and creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for our guests.

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our nightclub team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment, can provide excellent customer service, and knows how to create a welcoming and engaging experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Provide friendly, professional service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Handle high-volume service during busy nights while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Qualifications:

- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights.
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience.




- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash or electronic payments.
- Must hold a Smart Serve
