We are seeking a responsible and independent bartender to provide excellent guest and client experiences. You will be responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional sevice to all guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills with previous bartender experience and Smart Choices Certification. This position is casual. Shifts are determined by the needs of the Niverville Heritage Centre.

What you’ll be doing:

- Greeting customers and guests.
- Taking orders for beverages.
- Engaging guests and problem solving as needed meet their needs to create a memorable experience.
- Actively working with other team members which includes communication of needs.
- Serving beverages to guests at their tables as needed.




- Collecting payments for items either by electronic means or handling cash.
- Knowledgeable of menu and drinks to complement customer’s needs.
- Completes bar inventory.
- Setting up tables as needed and clean up.
- Other cleaning duties may be assigned or required.

What you’ll need:

- Bartender experience required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment which includes balancing competing priorities.
- Loyal and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in the hospitality or customer service sector.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings on weekdays/weekends.
- Valid Smart Choices Certification
