Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling expertise.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Supervise team members during shifts by coordinating tasks, managing time effectively, and ensuring smooth service flow.




- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restock as needed, and assist with ordering to prevent shortages.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and uphold food safety standards across all operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with specific skills in bartending, serving, or supervising roles preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food industry roles is highly desirable; previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
