Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Change and move kegs and assist with packaging operations when necessary
- Opportunities to be involved with event planning, social media, and marketing

Skills
- Proficiency in using a POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders and payments
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously




- Willingness to help out in other areas of the establishment as needed
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests

-Ability to lift 50 lbs to waist height
- Guaranteed 25+ hours per week, if agreed to
- Monthly spending account at the brewery
- Extensive beer training with our brewing staff
- Skout Brewing Co will pay for Cicerone training, if interested

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $17.00 per hour
