Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bartender / Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, strong time management skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards and company policies
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure proper cash handling and cashiering procedures during transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with effective time management




- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow all food handling, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Serving or food industry certifications are a plus but not required
