Join Northeast Arc as a Behavior Technician in the Waltham, MA area. Work with children diagnosed with ASD or Downs Syndrome using individualized ABA strategies. In this full-time or part time role, you'll provide essential home and community-based support.

Collaborating with families and BCBA clinical supervisors, you will enhance children's communication, social, and daily living skills. Your expertise will contribute to clinical meetings, while you ensure the safety and well-being of all clients in a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide home and community-based ABA support
- Enhance socially significant behaviors in children
- Implement treatment plans created by BCBA
- Attend clinical meetings and training sessions
- Complete session notes and required paperwork Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in related field
- Active RBT certification accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
