Role Description The Benefits Specialist role at AO Globe Life is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting clients and policyholders with their insurance benefits. Day-to-day tasks include explaining benefit options, processing benefit enrollments and changes, and assisting with claims-related inquiries.

Specialist responds to incoming calls and messages, provides accurate information on coverage details, and guides clients through eligibility and documentation requirements. This role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, maintaining detailed records in internal systems, and collaborating with team members to resolve complex benefit issues.

Qualifications

- Already have your LLQP? Or

Willing to complete the required licensing if they are not already licensed.
- Demonstrated expertise in Perks Administration and Insurance, with the ability to clearly explain coverage, eligibility, and claims processes.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior experience in insurance, benefits, or HR support is preferred but not required; relevant certifications or training in benefits or insurance are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, HR, or a related field is beneficial

Compensation: This is a performance-based prospect with uncapped earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your results, with additional long-term earnings available through residual income and renewals.
