This full-time position involves joining the Agile Center of Excellence, where you will work to instill agile methodologies organization-wide.

With at least three years in a coaching role and eight years of overall experience, your focus on data-informed decision-making and coaching a variety of roles is essential. You will play your part in the Beneva Value Creation System, ensuring optimal delivery through continuous improvement metrics. Key Responsibilities:

- Embed agile practices across multiple value streams
- Coach teams including Product Owners and Scrum Masters




- Utilize data metrics to enhance team performance
- Drive improvement efforts within the Agile Center
