In this position, reporting to the Manager of Outreach and Partnership Development, you will engage community partners and increase program awareness to meet recruitment goals.

Your passion for social service and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds will be essential in cultivating a network that advantages those in need. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and nurture relationships with community organizations
- Implement outreach strategies including cold calls and social media




- Provide engaging presentations to stakeholders and clients
- Track outreach efforts and partnerships in Salesforce
- Suggest improvements for service delivery based on feedback Requirements:
- Over 4 years of experience in outreach and relationship building
- Proven success in meeting defined goals
- Excellent communication skills in person and virtually
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft tools
- Fluently bilingual in French and English Drive meaningful change in the community by utilizing your outreach expertise at UWW/EXP.
