Who we need

As a Bilingual Claims Care Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assessment of credit insurance and Credit Card Payment Protection claims, including life, disability, critical illness, and job loss insurance.

In this role, you will evaluate contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information to determine benefit eligibility in accordance with certificate provisions, established processes, and internal and external policies.

You will make timely,



accurate claim decisions while delivering exceptional service to insured clients and a variety of stakeholders. Your ability to balance attention to detail with a strong customer focus will help ensure a positive experience for those who rely on our support.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a high level of rigour, a commitment to quality, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. Only one position is available. However, it may be based in multiple locations: Toronto (ON) or Montreal (QC). Please note that this role is a 6-month contract position.
