Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE) is seeking a bilingual Community Programs Social Worker to support youth, adults and seniors across multiple community programs. You will assess referrals, design individualized plans, and provide in-home as well as community support to help clients navigate health, housing and financial challenges.

The role emphasizes advocacy, collaboration with partners, and empowering clients to achieve independence while maintaining dignity and self-determination.
