Pivotal Staffing is currently looking for a Bilingual Billing & Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s team in Mississauga!

If you’re fluent in English and French and have experience in administration, customer service, billing, or invoicing, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Review billing information for accuracy
- Handle incoming customer calls related to billing and service inquiries
- Assist with billing discrepancies and outstanding information
- Update customer accounts, internal systems, and portals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with Accounting,



Service, and Operations teams

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bilingual English/French – REQUIRED

✅ 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or billing experience

✅ Strong communication and professional phone skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organization

✅ Basic Microsoft Excel & Office skills

✅ Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, SAP/ERP systems, or customer portals is an asset
