Job Title: Bilingual Project Coordinator (French/English)

Location: North York, ON (Hybrid)

Type: 6 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Rate: CAD$30/hr to CAD$35/hr

A leading pharmacy retail organization is seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator (French/English) to support national pharmacy initiatives, coordinate operational projects, and act as a key liaison between pharmacy operations and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Support and coordinate pharmacy-related projects and initiatives across Canada

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new programs and processes

✅ Assist with project planning, tracking, reporting, and execution

✅ Manage communications with stores, district managers, and pharmacy operations teams

✅ Analyze reports and monitor compliance with pharmacy standards

✅ Support national pharmacy operations updates, meetings, and communications

✅ Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoice processing





✅ Resolve pharmacy store inquiries and operational issues

✅ Support new pharmacy openings, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or Administrative Support

✔ Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience in healthcare, retail, or pharmacy settings is an asset

✔ Bilingual in English and French preferred

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
