Duties

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve them promptly
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets,



income statements, and cash flow statements for management review
- Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and revenue against forecasts

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation with precision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams or external vendors
- Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis is highly desirable
