Bridge Superintendent / Foreman – Don Phillips Bridge Rehabilitation Project

River Valley Construction Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent / Foreman for our 2027 Don Phillips Bridge Rehabilitation Project, located approximately 50 km north of Dawson Creek, BC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day bridge construction and rehabilitation activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.

The role will work closely with project management, quality control, safety personnel, subcontractors, and the client to coordinate daily work activities and maintain project progress.





Previous experience supervising bridge construction or rehabilitation projects is required. Experience working on Ministry of Transportation projects, concrete repairs, bridge deck rehabilitation, structural repairs, or similar civil infrastructure projects would be considered a robust asset.

Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are required.

Pay: $34.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
