Profile Sought:

DEC or equivalent in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.

3 to 5 years of management experience in an industrial service, repair or manufacturing environment.

Solid experience with industrial pumps, repair and maintenance operations.

Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills and results orientation.

Ability to manage budgets, operational performance and workforce planning.

Strong communication, change management and team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, coach and develop supervisors, internal and external sales representatives, and technicians.

Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.

Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce planning.

Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.





Operations & Planning

Plan daily and weekly operations based on customer priorities and available resources.

Coordinate manpower requirements with team leads and supervisors.

Oversee procurement of parts and materials with suppliers and the purchasing department.

Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate delays or risks.

Operational Excellence

Track and manage departmental KPIs and performance metrics.

Optimize productivity and control non-billable time.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Ensure preventive maintenance of tools, equipment and service vehicles.

Technical & Quality Management

Ensure repairs and maintenance activities meet company and industry quality standards.

Support teams in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
