This role is intended for a skilled professional who can confidently operate bulldozer equipment on commercial job sites and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently on commercial landscape construction sites
- Perform grading, leveling, clearing, backfilling, and general site preparation
- Follow site plans, grade stakes, and direction from supervisors and project managers
- Complete daily equipment inspections before use
- Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs immediately
- Maintain equipment in clean and proper working condition
- Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and crew members to support project timelines




- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with other site duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating a bulldozer is required
- Experience in commercial landscaping, site development, excavation, or construction is an asset
- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and job site awareness
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred
- Ability to travel to and from job sites as required
