Role Description The Business Development Executive - Sales role is a contract, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. In this role, the individual will prospect and identify new business opportunities, build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. The position involves leading discovery conversations with potential clients, understanding their talent management needs, and presenting Nugget.ai’s solutions in a clear and compelling way.

The executive will collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals, support negotiations, and contribute to account planning and relationship growth. The role also includes tracking sales activities in CRM tools, preparing regular performance reports, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong 0 - 4 years of Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills to proactively identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients.




- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to oversee the sales cycle, manage relationships, and support long-term client growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or AI-driven solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are preferred.
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving products and market needs.
