WipeUp Janitorial Inc. is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to win new commercial cleaning contracts. You'll visit businesses and properties across your territory, meet decision-makers face to face, and close deals. Once you prove your results, you'll get the chance to sell for our sister companies too, including our security services business and Labour business, so your portfolio and earnings can keep growing.

What You'll Do

- Visit client sites daily to pitch our janitorial services
- Cold call and generate leads to book site visits
- Do site walk-throughs and prepare quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Build lasting client relationships and meet sales targets

What You Need
- 3+ years of field or B2B sales experience
- Janitorial, facility services, or security sales experience is an asset




- Confident with cold calling and in-person selling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Base salary of $39,527 plus $2,500–$3,000 commission per site
