Business Development Professional – Industrial Packaging Products

The Business Development Professional, reporting to the Director of National Sales, will strengthen our market presence within the assigned territory.

The Business Development

Representative is responsible for profitably growing sales, meeting and exceeding budget targets within an established network of Distribution Partners and Customer prospects.

The Business Development

Professional will be required to learn and become proficient in demonstrating, selling, and the training of industry leading value-added industrial packaging solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is sales driven, passionate about selling, and wants to be a part of a growing organization

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage directly with customers and partners to validate value propositions, create and manage a sales pipeline, identify and close on new business opportunities.

· Make sales calls, deliver presentations, and attend trade shows expanding the awareness of WP Innova’s products.

· Understand specialty and value-added product features and advantages and be able to show off product capabilities through an effective demo to potential, existing and key buying influencers.

· Ensure new and existing customer retention through follow-up product training of WP Innova’s Value added products.

· Create a strong territory presence with existing customer base within Ontario where overnight travel may be required.

· Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all levels of an organization.

· Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure profitability, growth and expansion of company initiatives.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
