Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with Capital Markets experience to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product teams. The candidate will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional/technical specifications, and support system enhancements across capital markets applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders across Capital Markets, Trading, Securities, and Investment Banking.
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Translate business requirements into transparent technical requirements for development teams.
- Analyze existing systems and identify process/system improvements.
- Work with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and requirement validation.
- Support UAT, defect analysis, and production issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Prepare process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.




- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong Capital Markets / Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Experience with Trading, Securities, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Investment Banking.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle.
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or Trade Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of FIX Protocol.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or other market-data platforms.
- Knowledge of risk, settlement, clearing, and post-trade processes.
